Usually, a delivery involves us carefully off-loading items to a readily accessible holding area or kitchen. But often there can be more to it than that. Fortunately, all our staff are fully trained on how to safely move equipment so we can help even if the final destination is in the basement or on the 10th floor.
Communication is a key part of the delivery process. We have tried and trusted processes in place to ensure that communicate effectively with all parties. This is crucial because there may be many stakeholders involved including the end user, distributor, installation team, M&E provider, and possibly even the local authority in charge of traffic movements.
Some items are light and easy to manoeuvre but others, such as cooking suites and pizza ovens, aren’t. Not to worry, our fully trained staff are on hand to assist in situations like this and will ensure that your equipment is positioned carefully and safely.
